Highly Recommended Blog for Those Interested in Sleep Therapy

I was first introduced to the Hypnagogia blog last week after asking a question about the Zeo device used in conjunction with CPAP therapy on the Sleep Guide Forum. Since then I have connected with the author on Twitter and have subscribed to his blog.

Today’s post is an excellent explanation of Non-Invasive Ventilation and prompted me to introduce you to the blog.

I could rehash the many excellent write-ups of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) that already exist on the internet, but I thought it would be more personal for me to tell how my son came to use it, explaining NIV along the way…

In the short time it took me to read the post, I received a nice education about how NIV works and how a long-term, data-driven, titration can mean everything to the success of the therapy.

I hope you enjoy!

Update(s):

I see that Hypnogogia is a featured blogger on the Zeo blog…  I guess I’m not the only one who likes their content.
