Since the company was formed in 2004, CareTouch has focused on developing state-of-the-art automated communication solutions for healthcare providers. Our proprietary patient communications platform helps providers inform, educate and even document compliance and adherence to prescribed therapies. The company provides unique, highly configurable communication solutions to help healthcare providers provide better care and achieve better outcomes while lowering costs and enhancing profitability. The value and applicability is very broad in both the acute care and home healthcare markets. To date, CareTouch has deployed communication solutions in Long Term Care Facilities, Hospitals, Health Insurance Companies and Home Medical Equipment Providers. The company is currently focused on the sleep disorder market, with specific emphasis on patients with obstructive sleep apnea.
