Health Information Library
The CareTouch Health Information Library is a custom implementation of our patient communications technology created for McKesson / RelayHealth. It is an on-demand audio library of health information designed for acute care providers and health plans. The library contains over 2400 topics that are accessed over the telephone via voice response and is available in English as well as Spanish.
The library is currently implemented in over 30 acute care providers and health plans and services over 300,000 patients per year.
